Options to contact your Divine Self

1. Meditation is a mental exercise of controlling attention. Focus your attention on only one external or internal object; or concentrate your attention predominantly to a present experience without letting your attention get stuck on any particular thing.
Sit quietly in a place free from distraction; empty your mind from any thought; speak to your Higher Consciousness and ask for a symbol. Contact is evident when you an answer, an inner way of knowing, a deeper breath, an energy, a sense of peace, or in many manifestations. In moments of silence, your Divine Self can impart to you as much of its love, poser and wisdom.
2. Creative visualization uses your imagination to create what you want in your life. This is not anything new, strange, or unusual you have been using it every minute of the day. This is your natural power of imagination that comes from the basic creative energy of the universe. The only thing necessary is that you acquire more knowledge, gain more experience and open your mind to try new things in a more positive spirit.

Create the idea or mental picture during quiet meditation periods, and ask your Higher Consciousness for a symbol. Think and focus on your goal in both encouraging and positive ways. Say to yourself in a strong statement that it exists and it has come or is now coming to you. Imagine that you are now receiving or achieving it.

3. Mudras are body positions that are connected to the body’s energies or your mood. It is mostly the position of the hands and fingers but the whole body is included as well. Mudras are probably the best ones performed during meditating as hand positions. Each part of the hands has a reflex reacting to a specific part of the brain. Mudra locks guide energy flow and reflexes to the brain.

Mudras redirect the energy flow as it links the pranic energy of the individual with the Universal Force. Each finger represents planet energy determining quality, and emotions. The thumbs are representatives of the ego.
